In order for us to provide assistance with a refund, please send a covering letter, RRN of payment and your contact information to the support service at email address info@freedompay.kz.

RRN (Reference Retrieval Number) - a number allowing you to find payment information at your bank. This number can be viewed in Internet banking or requested from your bank.
