    It is prohibited to place on the site graphic, textual information (including hidden) of sexual, narcotic, political, nationalistic nature, as well as to place on the site links to this information.

    For the Enterprises having points of goods delivery, the website shall contain information on their location (actual address, travelling directions).

  • 3

    The website should contain information about the legal entity (postal address, MSRN, TIN, contact details of employees responsible for communication with clients).

    The documents necessary for the transaction between the Enterprise and the clients in accordance with the requirements of the Legislation of the country of presence (offer contracts and other documents) shall be placed on the website.

    The website should contain information (text, graphic) on licences, permits from the manufacturer or state authorities for the products (services) sold, allowing to unambiguously identify to whom, by whom, for what period of time, for what type of activity or goods these documents were issued (for licensed activities).

    The website shall contain information on measures taken by the Enterprise to ensure security of payments with plastic cards, rules of returning payments, goods and solving disputable situations in accordance with the requirements of the Legislation of the country of presence.

    There should be no broken pages on the site:
    - corresponding to HTTP compliance codes 301, 302, 401, 403, 404, 502;
    - there should be no links that have a link direction that does not coincide with the business logic of the site;
    - there should be no links whose link direction does not coincide with the one stated on the site;
    - there should be no pages/links redirecting to other sites (without an explicit indication of redirection).
