In 2008, Timur Turlov founded Freedom Finance, which provided a broad range of investors with access to U.S. stock exchanges. This step became the starting point for the development of a financial ecosystem that gradually turned into a world-class holding company
A key stage in its development was the company’s expansion in 2012, when Freedom Finance entered the market of Kazakhstan. As a result, the company quickly gained trust and started actively growing in Central Asia. A few years later, the holding's structure came to include:
brokerage services;
banking operations;
an online platform for stock trading;
expansion into European markets.
In 2019, all assets were consolidated into the international holding Freedom Holding Corp. In the same year, the company has successfully conducted an IPO on the U.S. NASDAQ stock exchange under the FRHC ticker. Since its market entry, the company’s stock price has grown significantly, attracting the attention of international investors.
